Experience and Qualifications

About Me

Since qualifying in South Wales in 2019 I have had the pleasure of working in the NHS across multiple health boards in both Wales and England and have experience in a plethora of clinical conditions, helping people from all walks of life, ages, ethnicities and often very specific personal needs.

I believe that health and health related issues are often very personal to us and sometimes can be combined with the added stresses of daily life such as work, family, finances or caring responsibilities etc. I take great pride in being able to help individuals with their personal nutritional needs, I hold professionalism, kindness, integrity and empathy in the highest regard in both my professional and personal lives and take a person-centred approach putting you at the forefront of everything we do when we work together.

Prior to qualifying as a dietitian, I worked as a section team leader at Waitrose and Partners for just under 10 years, working across all departments but specialising in food service. I have a passion for fitness, exercise and optimising an individuals potential to achieve their goals. This drive, skills and knowledge I have previously put into practice by competing in multiple national natural bodybuilding competitions.
