About Me

Since qualifying in South Wales in 2019 I have had the pleasure of working in the NHS in both Wales and England which allowed me to gain experience in a plethora of clinical conditions; helping people from all walks of life, ages, ethnicities and with specific personal requirements.

I believe that health and nutrition related issues are unique to each individual and are frequently combined with the stresses of daily life such as work, finances, mental health, family and caring responsibilities. With this in mind, I take a holistic person-centred approach when working together and put your needs at the forefront of everything we do, this ensures that the plan we create is both realistic and attainable.

Prior to my work as a registered dietitian, I worked as a team lead at Waitrose for little under 10 years, working across all departments but specialising in food service which sparked my interest in nutritional quality and healthy eating. During this time I competed in multiple national natural bodybuilding competitions and to this day continue to weight lift 8 hours/week, run, kayak and enjoy scuba diving.
